As President and Founder of A&N Mechanical, Inc., I established the company in April 2023 with over a decade of experience in the mechanical and construction industry. My experience, leadership, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in shaping the company’s direction, reputation, and continued growth.
I’m driven by a relentless work ethic; I don’t make excuses, and I don’t rest until the job is done. I lead by example, setting high standards for quality, accountability, and performance across the organization.

Jose Flores | Chief Financial Officer
With over 25 years of experience in fiscal services, I currently serve as the Chief Financial Officer at A&N Mechanical. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong reputation as a dependable and efficient financial leader, with a proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar cash flows, reconcile complex vendor accounts, and oversee the preparation of comprehensive year-end financial reports.
I am committed to maintaining high standards of integrity and believe that honesty and shared values are essential to building strong, collaborative working relationships. My approach to financial management is grounded in precision, accountability, and a dedication to continuous improvement.
Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, whether dining out or hosting backyard barbecues. I also have a passion for cultivating rare plants and find it fascinating how different species adapt to diverse environments. In earlier years, I was an avid soccer player and often spent hours training in the heat, driven by a genuine love for the game.
Juan Alba | Senior HVAC Foreman
I bring over 30 years of experience in HVAC installation, fabrication, and service, with a strong focus in the commercial sector. Throughout my career, I’ve managed multi-million-dollar projects and built a reputation for delivering high-quality work with efficiency and precision.
I specialize in custom ductwork fabrication and can create any piece—round or rectangular—from scratch. I’ve worked extensively with galvanized steel, stainless steel, and copper, and take pride in my ability to work quickly without compromising on quality. I'm exceptional at reading blueprints and pay close attention to even the smallest details to ensure every job is done right.
I’m known for my strong work ethic and results-driven approach. I don’t make excuses—I find solutions and get the job done. My goal is always to lead by example, maintain the highest standards, and contribute to the success of every project I’m part of.
Mercedes Berg | Marketing Executive
I’m proud to serve as the Marketing Executive for A&N Mechanical, Inc., where I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside Pedro and his team to help grow the company’s presence and strengthen connections with homeowners. With 15 years of marketing experience and a background in owning a custom home building company, I have always had a passion for working with homeowners and helping bring their visions to life.
I earned both my undergraduate and master’s degrees at Arizona State University, where I built a wonderful community and lasting connections that continue to support and inspire my work. I love combining creative strategy with relationship-building to help our clients feel confident, informed, and excited about their projects.
When I’m not working, I’m a dog mom to my energetic pup, Kramer, and a bonus mom to three amazing step kids. Family and community are at the heart of everything I do, and I’m grateful to be part of a team that shares those values.
